Weeks 21 and 22

I found a video of a five year old decreeing and declaring blessings over the christening of the babies at his church.  It is a powerful video to watch.  We all should put on the fervent prayer of decreeing and declaring GOD'S Blessings over others and ourselves.  Decree:: To give an official order.  Declare:  To announce openly or formally.  I encourage you to Decree and Declare Blessings in JESUS NAME.
